From the very first consultation, it was clear that both of them are true professionals—knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. We brought in our adopted stray who was completely fear-based in her responses—startled by sounds, hesitant around people, and generally unsure of the world around her. Our trainer, Anthony, took the time to tailor the training to her pace, and it made all the difference. His patience and empathy were remarkable. Over the course of the program, we watched our dog transform from a timid, anxious pup into a well-behaved and noticeably more confident companion. Highly recommend!!!
